Fight the Temtptation

So you’re on a diet...great! Hopefully it is one where you are exercising more and eating right or at least better. Please don't tell me you are reading some book and buying into their scheme to make money off your misfortunes. Either way, you are on a diet! People everywhere firmly believe that when you are on a diet that means no good food or food your are craving...WRONG! Common sense says that when you tell your body "no more soda or candy" or "No more cake or cupcakes for you" then your body craves more of what it cannot have. These temptations are everywhere! Don't focus on what you cannot have, instead try focusing on what you can have. This is so easy!

Think of the fruits you like:

I love grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries, etc. Take them to work and store them in the refrigerator. When you crave sweets, get some out and eat them.

Think of Snacks you like:

I love popcorn so I buy the 100 calorie mini bags of popcorn. I love chips so I buy the Baked style of Lay's. I like chocolate so I have learned to like Dark Chocolate, slowly.

I also want to let you in on a little secret...quit drinking soda. Though this may be hard for many, I will let you know that I dropped 6 pounds in 1 week of not drinking soda.

Thanks for the great tips! being on diet turned into the way of life for many people! I believe it is much easier to follow a diet when you know a lot of people doing it, not the fake one, but your friends and relatives.
I have another tio for those following some diet. It is not only about what you eat, but also about how much you move. T
ake a walk in the evening or during the day it will help you to stay in tonus.
Leaving in the U.S for some time I put on weight 6 lbs. It seemed you are not eating more than usually, but the quality of food makes your bodyto grow.
Keep an eye on what you buying in stores. Cheap deals usually have a lot of GMO making your body to bump! Save on quantitive, but get quality better. )))))
Another great thing to try is dancing! It is not so tiresome as physical training, but has a great influence both on your body and spirit! ))))
