Love and learn from your Failures
For weightlifters; Failure is equal to Success; each time they fail to lift a weight, their muscles get stronger!Think about this the next time you feel you are backtracking instead of acting massively.
Whenever you do things that we have never done or do not lie within our comfort zone,
we might not immediately produce the results we would like to produce.
But is this the most sensible way of thinking? If we acted more out of our comfort zone, would we produce better results?
For sure, just as weightlifters strengthen their physical muscles,
each time when we ‘FAIL’ we are strengthening our leadership, team, mental, and managerial muscle.
We become better prepared for ‘SUCCESS’.
The more we train (fail), the more and better success we will achieve.
