SaVe The STAR
…A man was walking on the beech and noticed a boy who was picking up something from a send and throwing it back in the sea. When a man came closer he saw what was a boy picking – that were sea stars. They were everywhere around him. It seemed like there were millions of them on the beech, they covered a lot of kilometers of the shore.- Why are You throwing these stars back in the sea? – asked a man, coming closer to the boy.
- If they will stay here on the sand until tomorrow morning, when the fall of the tide will begin, they will die, - answered the boy continuing to do what he was doing before.
- But it’s just stupid!!!- Cried a man, - Look around! There are millions of the sea stars here; the shore is like made of them! Your efforts won’t change anything!
The Boy picked up the next sea star, thought to himself for a moment, threw it to the water and said:
- No, my efforts will change a lot…for this star.
