Tips for Happiness

There is no way to tell what makes one happy. Because every one is different. Your expectations, desires, needs and other demands differ from others. But in general, and with respect to the socio-economic, socio-political, religious, social and other beliefs and values we bear with us all through our lives, trying the following tips could bring you happiness. These things are:

1. Try rising early. It is the precondition to a happy life.

2. Whatever you do - give it your best effort!

3. Practice patience.

4. Lose weight, decrease your health risks, it will make you look better.

5. Exercise. Make this a daily habit. Exercise not only helps you lose weight but it helps to feel so much better.

6. Eat healthy. Once you start eating healthier, you can enjoy life much more than before.

7. Meditate. Meditation can actually be a very simple method for relaxing, for bringing calm, for returning yourself to serenity and tranquility.

8. Get organized. If you are organized your work will be organized too.

9. Think positive. It supports you mentally.

10. Try to simplify your life style.

11. Accept what you have.

12. Develop intimate relationships.

13. Eliminate debt.

14. Build an emergency fund.

15. Don’t compare yourself to others.

16. Be romantic.

17. Be frugal.

18. Help others.

Simple tips, but hard to follow, cause it requires efforts! it is so much easier to be lazy and do nothing about changing your life to better! don't be lazy!
