Practice doesn't always make "perfect"

Repetitive behavior is practice; intentional, or not. Do something over and over and we get very good at it... Careful what you "practice."

to be good at something, you should also like what are doing. I remember visiting classical dance classes. It was my Mom who pushed and I didn't liked it so much. So I never become a master and espaced it after few years at first chance. ))))

Actually, I was thinking more a long the lines of getting rid of bad habits; to be aware of what we might be doing automatically/repetitively... and stop "practicing" unfavorable behaviors to make time for favorable ones :0)
